Safety in aviation does not begin in the cockpit. At DC Aviation Group, it starts long before that, namely in our Operations Control Center (OCC). The OCC is located at our headquarters in Stuttgart and operates group-wide for all flights from our locations. Around the clock, 365 days a year, our specially trained team ensures that every flight runs safely and smoothly, from planning to landing.
Every flight is meticulously prepared. This includes obtaining all overflight rights, coordinating with authorities and airports and obtaining approvals for every detail of the route. We deliberately do not rely on external personnel or external service providers. Our trust lies solely with our own OCC team, which works to the same high safety standards as our crew.
This means that every decision, every change, and every coordination is made by professionals who know the processes inside out. Our OCC is always ready to act and ensures that every flight can be carried out safely.
