DC Aviation is Germany's leading company in the business aviation sector. We also set standards in aircraft maintenance, because safety has the highest priority in air traffic. The company was formed in 2007 from DaimlerChrysler Aviation, which was founded in 1998 as a subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler AG. The aim of DC Aviation is to offer the highest performance and safety standards in the field of aircraft maintenance with all-round support from a single source, i.e. without the involvement of external service providers.

Aircraft Maintenance: Passion for quality

We offer our customers comprehensive expertise for a wide range of aircraft types from various manufacturers. A strong international team of experienced engineers, mechanics and technicians is available at almost all DC Aviation Group locations to check, maintain and document the airworthiness of your business jet. We have an excellent range of ground equipment and special tools, as well as our own component repair and overhaul facilities. In addition to the technical equipment, it is our team of experts and years of experience that enable us to offer you all aircraft maintenance services at the highest level.

At Stuttgart Airport, DC Aviation operates one of the industry's largest maintenance and repair hangars with around 5,000 square meters of space, where we also carry out complex maintenance work and repairs on behalf of customers. At our new location in Munich Oberpfaffenhofen with an area of 6,000 square meters, we also offer parking for business jets with the associated aircraft handling and line maintenance in our exclusive, heatable hangar. Our branch at Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai has a total of 12,500 square meters of air-conditioned hangar space available, which can also be used to hangar larger aircraft and for highly professional aircraft maintenance services. All three DC Aviation Group maintenance facilities have the required certifications (including EASA and FAA).

Our services in the area of aircraft maintenance

The DC Aviation Group provides maintenance services for a wide range of aircraft types from various manufacturers (including Airbus A 320 Family, Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault Falcon, Embraer 135 / 145, Gulfstream, Pilatus and Airbus Helicopters).

We provide the following services under EASA Part-145: Line and base maintenance, cabin & connectivity upgrade programs, the overhaul and renewal of cabin equipment as well as warranty management. We operate our own stores for battery and wheel maintenance. On request, we can also offer you convenient and safe all-round support for your business jet during a rotation by technicians who fly with you.

CAMO services (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) serve to monitor and ensure airworthiness. As part of aircraft maintenance, we check the airworthiness of your aircraft or helicopter at regular intervals and document all necessary measures carried out in an ARC (Airworthiness Review Certificate). We also develop and maintain individual maintenance programs for your business aviation fleet.

In addition to the above-mentioned services, we also provide additional, individual services, e.g. the selection and specification of new aircraft according to your wishes and requirements. You can also rely on the expertise, experience and international competence of the DC Aviation Group for technical inspections and expert appraisals prior to the purchase or sale of aircraft. If it is a new aircraft, we can carry out the "Green Aircraft" and "Final Delivery" inspections on your behalf and take over the construction supervision as well as delivery and takeover inspections for you.

Aircraft Maintenance for safe flights and profitable investments

DC Aviation offers individual services for third-party customers and carries out line and base maintenance, avionics upgrades and the implementation of cabin and connectivity upgrade programs on behalf of customers. The experienced team is also on hand to provide advice and assistance with the overhaul and renewal of cabin equipment.
