The AERO Friedrichshafen event concept has been comprehensively modernised to meet the current requirements of the industry. A particular focus is on promoting young talent in order to reduce fear of contact and to inspire young people to take up aviation.

AERO Career Days 2025 – Shaping the future of aviation
Another highlight is the AERO Career Days, which will take place for the third time on April 11 and 12, 2025. This platform provides an ideal opportunity for young people, graduates, students and professionals to find out about the career opportunities available in the aviation industry.
The AERO Career Sessions offer informative lectures and interactive panels with Q&A sessions, where interested parties can talk directly with industry representatives about various career opportunities.
