12.07.2011 - First-time 4C Check on a Bombardier Global 5000
As Germany’s leading business aviation company, DC Aviation is setting the standards in maintenance, as well. Just recently, for example, DC Aviation’s own EASA-Part-145 service shop performed a 4C Check on a Bombardier Global 5000. A total of 1,480 man-hours were spent on this job. For all involved, the 4C-Check was a special challenge, as it had to be performed without disrupting daily business. The project was successfully completed in only four weeks.
As an EASA-Part-145 certified maintenance shop DC Aviation offers both line and base maintenance services for various types of airplanes such as the Airbus A319 CJ, Gulfstream 450/550, Global Express, Challenger 604 Variant, and Cessna 560 XLS. All EASA requirements for the maintenance and certification of airworthiness are met with the complete CAMO+ permit.
Our top-notch ground equipment and special tooling in combination with our in-house component repair and overhaul capabilities enable us to provide top-level service. Our performance competence has been confirmed by the internationally recognized IOSA Audit of IATA (International Air Transport Association).
